Cancellation Policy
Sundown Salon requires 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment. In the event that you can’t make your appointment and don’t cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the scheduled service cost. IF you are unwell, please notify me prior to your appointment and we can make other arrangements.
Kindly, please be respectful! There are people that would love to take your spot if you can’t make it. This time is created and held for YOU! Respecting this policy allows for someone else waiting to sneak in, but also, small businesses need business to thrive and grow. Should you need to cancel due to illness or emergency, will happily reschedule. Keeping healthy is most important.
